The C-Pride Festival is all volunteer organization and is always looking for new dedicated individuals to assist. If you are interested in joining any of the committees just fill out the form below.
Committees may consist of Board members, community volunteers, Board staff, and/or contractors of the Board. Staff and contractors are considered non-voting, ex-officio members.
Volunteer Committee
This committee is made up of individuals who are committed to our cause and have a passion for helping others. They work tirelessly to recruit, train, and organize volunteers not only for our Pride festival but for ongoing fundraising events throughout the year. Learn more about this incredible team.
The Finance Committee
This committee is made up of individuals that are passionate about responsibility. The Committee works closely with the Executive Director/ President and Treasurer to develop a yearly budget that meets the needs of the community and ensures financial stability for the C-Pride Organization.
Events Committee
The committee holds overarching responsibility for all events developed for the Corporation and coordination of the Board and other committees for proper execution and event management.
Development Committee
The committee is responsible for corporate partnerships and sponsorships, requesting donations, Friends of Pride recruitment and management, and overall financial development of the organization.
Community Outreach Committee
The committee is responsible for representing the Corporation at community events, outreach to sister organizations, community partnerships, and assisting in the recruitment of volunteers.
Marketing and Communications Committee
The committee is responsible for communications and marketing plans for all aspects of the organization, including press releases, media outreach, media management at events, and marketing plans.
Diversity and Inclusion Committee
The committee is responsible for ensuring the organization continues to strive for excellence and provide opportunities for everyone.
Volunteer Committee
This committee is responsible for recruiting, training and managing all Pride volunteers. This committee works in tandem with the Community Outreach Committee to foster relationships within the LGBTQ+ community at large to encourage broad based participation in all Pride events.
Festival & Parade Committee
This committee is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all festival and parade related activities. Working with the contracted Festival Director, members will assist in setting goals for volunteer recruitment needs, address logistical issues and make any necessary recommendations to the board regarding the overall execution of the festival and the parade.
